01 — The cost of doing it yourself
You didn't start a company to become its employee.
Every advisor says the same thing: hire. Good advice — if you already have the payroll. Nobody prices the gap between today and the day you can afford it. That gap costs more than the salaries would.
The lead that came in at 11pm. You replied two days later.
They didn't wait. They went with whoever answered first. You didn't lose a customer — you lost a customer you had already won.
An invoice that's forty days old, and nobody has asked for it.
Not because you don't want your money. Because chasing invoices is tedious, awkward, and permanently last on the list. Your cash sits in someone else's account.
Fourteen-hour days spent on twenty-dollar-an-hour work.
Copying data. Answering the same question for the fortieth time. Following up by hand. The company stops growing because the founder is busy doing what should have been automated.
Siyadah is being built to make repeatable work easier to plan, review and carry out.
02 — How it works
From a request to a reviewed action.
Describe what you need in ordinary language. Available actions and tool connections depend on your pilot access and the permissions you grant.
Tell it what you need
In plain language. No technical vocabulary, no explaining how your systems are wired together.
One sentence is enough "Follow up with every new lead within five minutes, chase invoices more than seven days late, and answer the support questions we get over and over."
Siyadah shows a proposed plan
Siyadah can organize a request into steps and show what needs your decision. In the private pilot, an optional Gmail connection supports a controlled send when you ask for it. Other integrations are being developed.
Run the available action
When an action is available in your pilot account, Siyadah runs it after the required authorization and shows its result. Availability varies by tool and company.
03 — Departments
Explore the workflows we are building.
The examples below show intended workflows for different departments. They are illustrations, not a promise that every integration or action is active in the private pilot.
Every lead answered in minutes, not days
Example: a sales workflow could prepare timely lead follow-up when the relevant connection and action are available.
- A lead arrives from your form, your ads, or WhatsApp
- They get a personal reply within minutes, referencing what they actually asked for
- Qualifying questions get asked, and the lead is sorted: ready, needs nurturing, or not a fit
- Ready leads are booked straight into your calendar
- Cold ones enter a follow-up sequence instead of being forgotten
- You get one daily summary: how many, how many qualified, what needs you
It chases your money so you don't have to
Steady, polite reminders collect more than tense, late ones. Siyadah never forgets and never feels awkward about asking.
- Tracks every outstanding invoice and knows exactly how late each one is
- Sends a polite reminder that escalates in tone with each stage of delay
- Stops the moment payment lands — no embarrassing follow-ups
- Logs each payment and updates your sheet or accounting tool
- Gives you a weekly picture of money in, money out, money expected
- Flags a cash squeeze before it becomes next month's problem
Customers answered in seconds, around the clock
Most support questions repeat. Siyadah resolves those instantly and escalates only what genuinely deserves your attention.
- Collects messages from WhatsApp, email, and your site in one place
- Answers from your knowledge: your pricing, your policies, your services
- Resolves repeat requests end to end without involving you
- Escalates sensitive cases with a summary ready for your decision
- Works in Arabic and English, in the tone you define
- Spots recurring questions and tells you what to fix in the product
Your brand never goes quiet
Marketing is the first thing to drop when a founder gets busy. Siyadah keeps it running through your worst week.
- Builds a monthly content calendar around your services and your audience
- Writes posts and newsletters in your brand's voice
- Schedules publishing and reminds you of seasons and key dates
- Reworks what performed into new formats instead of starting from scratch
- Reports what's worth repeating, in plain numbers

A direct channel to the founding team. Request features, report what breaks, watch your ideas ship. Founders don't just use Siyadah — they build it.
05 — Waitlist
Request early access.
Requesting early access is free. We will contact selected participants when a suitable pilot opens.
In a private pilot, Siyadah AI is testing an optional Gmail connection for email sends requested by the user. Joining this waitlist does not require Google access.
- No card, no commitment, nothing to cancel
- Read how we handle data in our Privacy Policy before connecting a tool
- We contact you about your early-access request
- We explain pilot terms before activation

06 — Questions
Straight answers.
We are testing specific actions in a private pilot. Tasks that require a connection or approval are available only when that capability is enabled for your account. You remain responsible for important decisions.
The private pilot can connect Gmail for a controlled message send requested by the user. Siyadah records the request and result. Other workflows shown here are being developed and depend on tool access.
No technical background is needed to describe a task. Available tool connections and actions are shown in your pilot account; our team can explain setup when access opens.
Honestly: an early version won't be perfect. You'll find edge cases we didn't anticipate and want features we haven't built. That's exactly why access is limited during the pilot — so we can work closely with you before opening to the public. We will share the current pilot terms before you decide.
See our Privacy Policy for the data used in the waitlist and optional Gmail pilot, how we protect it, and how to request deletion.
Submitting an early-access request costs nothing. We will explain any pilot terms before you decide to activate an account.
We review early-access requests and contact selected participants when a suitable pilot opens.
